Cancellation Policy

All services are subject to 13% HST at checkout. Arrive to your appointment on time and without makeup on, if you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes the appointment scheduled will be cancelled. If you are unable to make your appointment inform your lash tech 24 hours prior. If you are unable to do so a $35 cancellation fee will be charged.
